摘要
目的:观察愈疡止痢方保留灌肠治疗大肠湿热型溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法:采用最小不平衡指数法将60例大肠湿热型溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组用愈疡止痢方保留灌肠及凝结芽孢杆菌活菌片治疗;对照组口服美沙拉秦缓释颗粒及凝结芽孢杆菌活菌片治疗。治疗6周后,比较两组治疗前后的临床疗效和中医证候积分、血清炎性因子、肠镜Baron评分、不良反应发生率。结果:治疗6周后,治疗组中医证候积分、临床疗效积分、血清炎性因子、肠镜Baron评分低于对照组(P均<0.05);治疗组总有效率明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组无不良反应,对照组患者不良反应率为16.7%(5/30)。结论:愈疡止痢方保留灌肠用于大肠湿热型溃疡性结肠炎患者治疗,能促进肠黏膜修复愈合,改善临床主要症状,未出现不良反应,疗效值得肯定。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of retention enema with the Yuyang Zhili prescription(愈疡止痢方)on the large intestinal damp-heat type ulcerative colitis.Methods:Sixty cases were divided into the treatment group and the control group by minimum disequilibrium index method.The treatment group was treated by retention enema with the Yuyang Zhili prescription plus bacillus coagulans tablets,and the control group was treated with mesalazine sustained release granules plus bacillus coagulans tablets.Results:After 6 weeks of treatment,the TCM syndrome score,clinical efficacy score,serum inflammatory factors,and colonoscopy Baron score in the treatment group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total efficiency in the treatment group was significantly better than the control group,and the difference was statistical significant(P<0.05).There was no adverse effect in the treatment group,and the adverse response rate in the control group was 16.7%(5/30).Conclusion:Retention enema with the Yuyang Zhili prescription on the large intestinal damp-heat type ulcerative colitis can promote the repair and healing of intestinal mucosa of patients,relieve the main clinical symptoms,without adverse reactions,and the curative effect is positive.
