摘要
目的探讨益生菌联合康复新液在轻中度溃疡性结肠炎(UC)患者中的应用效果.方法选择2020年3月—2021年11月本院收治的80例轻中度UC患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组.对照组(n=40)采用益生菌进行治疗,观察组(n=40)在对照组基础上联合康复新液进行治疗,均持续治疗8周.对比两组中医证候积分、血清炎症指标水平、临床疗效以及不良反应.结果治疗后,观察组中医证候积分为(0.91±0.21)分,低于对照组的(2.21±0.45)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组血沉(9.05±1.78)mm/h、C反应蛋白(12.26±3.02)mg/L、降钙素原(0.53±0.13)ng/mL均低于对照组的(16.25±3.41)mm/h、(18.37±4.12)mg/L、(0.88±0.21)ng/mL,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).与对照组相比,观察组临床总有效率较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组不良反应发生率相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论益生菌联合康复新液在轻中度UC患者中的应用效果显著,有利于缓解患者的临床症状,改善血清炎症指标水平,且不会增加不良反应的发生,具有较好的用药安全性.
Objective To investigate the application effect of probiotics combined with Kangfuxin liquid in patients with mild to moderate ulcerative colitis(UC).Methods 80 patients with mild to moderate UC admitted to the hospital from March 2020 to November 2021 were as the research objects and divided into two groups according to random number table method.The control group(n=40)was treated with probiotics,and the observation group(n=40)was treated with Kangfuxin liquid on the basis of control group.Both groups were treated continuously for 8 weeks.The TCM syndrome scores,levels of serum inflammatory indexes,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the observation group was(0.91±0.21)points,which was lower than(2.21±0.45)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the erythrocyte sedimentation rate,C-reactive protein and procalcitonin in the observation group were(9.05±1.78)mm/h,(12.26±3.02)mg/L and(0.53±0.13)ng/mL,respectively,which were lower than(16.25±3.41)mm/h,(18.37±4.12)mg/L,(0.88±0.21)ng/mL of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application effect of probiotics combined with Kangfuxin liquid in patients with mild to moderate UC is significant,which is conducive to relieving the clinical symptoms of patients,improving the level of serum inflammatory indicators,and will not increase the occurrence of adverse reactions,with good drug safety.
