摘要
以2005—2020年30个省份的面板数据为研究样本,运用双重差分模型考察碳排放权交易政策试点对能源消费转型的作用并利用调节效应模型检验其影响机制。研究发现,碳排放权交易政策能够显著推动试点省份能源消费转型。进一步发现,碳排放权交易政策对能源消费转型的促进作用受到产业结构升级、绿色技术创新的影响。由此提出大力使用清洁能源,加强对产业结构升级、绿色技术创新的引导和激励等政策建议。
Taking the panel data of 30 provinces from 2005 to 2020 as the research sample,the difference-in-diference model was used to investigate the effect of carbon emission trading policy pilots on energy consumption transition,and the moderating effect model was used to test its impact mechanism.It is found that the carbon emission trading policy can effectively promote the energy consumption transformation of pilot provinces.It is further found that the role of carbon emission trading policy in promoting the transformation of energy consumption is affected by industrial structure upgrading and green technology innovation.Therefore,it is proposed to vigorously use clean energy,strengthen the guidance and incentives for industrial structure upgrading and green technology innovation.
