铅锌矿废石替代白云石用于铁矿烧结的工艺研究

摘要 为解决低成本、规模化消纳铅锌矿废石问题,本文针对广西某高钙镁型铅锌矿废石,基于烧结杯试验开展了铅锌矿废石替代普通白云石用于铁矿烧结的工艺研究,分析了配加铅锌矿废石对烧结矿产、质量与SO_(2)、NO_(x)气体污染物排放的影响。结果表明:试验用高钙镁型铅锌矿废石的主要物相为白云石,同时含有少量微细粒石英、黄铁矿和闪锌矿,其化学成分接近于烧结用普通白云石;当铅锌矿废石对普通白云石的取代占比不高于40%时,对烧结过程和烧结矿质量没有明显不利影响,且铅锌矿废石带入的Zn、S等有害元素均得到有效脱除。研究结果将为实现高钙镁型铅锌矿废石的规模化消纳和低成本高效利用提供新思路。 In order to solve such problems as low-cost and large-scale consumption of the waste rock in lead-zinc mines,based on the sinter pot test,research on substitution of the waste rock in lead-zinc mines for dolomite in the iron ore sintering process is carried out,focusing on the waste rock in a high calcium-magnesium type lead-zinc mine in Guangxi,and the effects of the waste rock in lead-zinc mines on sinter production and quality and SO_(2) and NO_(x) gaseous pollutant emission are analyzed.The results show that the main phase of the waste rock in high calcium-magnesium type lead-zinc mine used in the experiment is dolomite,which contains a small amount of fine-grained quartz,pyrite and sphalerite,and the chemical composition of the rock is close to that of ordinary dolomite for sintering.When the proportion of the waste rock replacing ordinary dolomite is not higher than 40%,there is no obvious adverse effect on the sintering process and sinter quality,and such harmful elements as Zn and S brought in by the waste rock in lead-zinc mine are effectively removed.The results will provide new ideas for the large-scale consumption and low-cost and efficient utilization of the waste rock in high calcium-magnesium type lead-zinc mines.
