加拿大巴芬矿的烧结试验研究

摘要 加拿大巴芬矿为品位在67%以上的高品位优质铁矿石。本文研究了巴芬矿的物理化学性能及烧结性能,针对宁波钢铁有限公司原料条件进行了配加该矿的烧结杯试验及生产实践。结果表明,巴芬矿化学成分优良,品位高达67.5%,硅铝等杂质和磷硫等有害元素极低,为典型的赤铁矿,微观组织致密;烧结杯试验中,随巴芬矿配加比例由5%增加到20%,垂直燃烧速度、固体燃料消耗逐渐下降,转鼓指数逐渐提高,成品率和利用系数则先升高后降低;RDI_(+3.15)和高温熔滴性能明显改善,在当前条件下替代卡拉加斯粉配加比例为15%时,各项冶金性能指标均达到最优。选用7%、15%的巴芬矿配加比例进行实际烧结生产时,烧结矿质量及冶金性能均呈向好趋势。 The Canadian Baffin ore is a high-grade iron of more than 67%.In this paper,the physicochemical properties and sintering properties of Baffin ore were studied,and the sintering cup test and production practice of Ningbo iron and steel limited company were carried out according to the raw material conditions of Ninggang.The results showed that Baffinite had excellent chemical composition,a grade of up to 67.5%,impurities such as silicon and aluminum and harmful elements such as phosphorus and sulfur were extremely low,and it was a typical hematite with a dense microstructure.In the sintering cup test,with the increase of the proportion of Baffin ore from 5%to 20%,the vertical combustion rate and solid fuel consumption gradually decreased,the drum index gradually increased,and the yield and utilization coefficient increased first and then decreased.The performance of RDI_(+3.15) and high-temperature droplets is significantly improved,and when the proportion of Carajás powder is 15%under the current conditions,the metallurgical performance indicators are optimal.When 7%and 15%Baffin ore are selected for actual sintering production,the quality and metallurgical properties of sinter are in a good trend.
