摘要
推动要素自由流动实现高质量集聚是加快建设全国统一大市场的重要战略要领。研究结果表明:人才集聚作为各要素集聚的核心,有助于提升区域经济发展能力和区域创新能力,为区域协调发展构筑起关键支撑,从而为全国统一大市场构建奠定基础。破除体制机制障碍,确保人才跨区域自由顺畅流动,对于全国统一大市场构建具有重大意义。
Facilitating the unrestricted movement of resources and fostering high-quality concentration are pivotal strategies in expediting the establishment of a unified national market. Talent aggregation, as a key component of this resource concentration, plays a vital role in elevating regional economic development and fostering innovative capabilities. Consequently, it acts as a crucial pillar supporting the coordinated growth of different regions. Breaking down institutional barriers and ensuring unhindered talent mobility across regions is of utmost importance to construct a unified national market successfully.
