摘要
正确认识和科学判断我国发展面临的战略机遇或战略机遇期,事关社会主义现代化建设的战略目标和方略等重大问题。科学认识和判断当前和今后面临的战略机遇期首先应客观认识和确定中国式现代化进程的历史方位,明晰以中国式现代化推动的中华民族伟大复兴已经进入了不可逆转的历史进程,但我国仍然是一个发展中大国,仍处于社会主义初级阶段。在迈向社会主义现代化强国的新征程中,我国面临的战略机遇与风险挑战发生了深刻变化。为此,应牢牢把握坚持和加强党的全面领导、坚持中国特色社会主义道路、坚持以人民为中心的发展思想、坚持深化改革开放、坚持发扬斗争精神等“五个坚持”的重大原则,贯彻新发展理念,推动经济高质量发展。
Correct understanding and scientific judgment of the strategic opportunity of China’s development is a matter of goals and strategies for socialist modernization and other major issues.To scientifically understand and judgment of the current and future strategic opportunity period,we should firstly objectively understand and determine the historical orientation of the Chinese modernization process and clarify that the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation driven by Chinese modernization has entered an irreversible historical process.However,China is still a large developing country and is still in the primary stage of socialism.In the new journey towards a strong socialist modernization,the strategic opportunities and challenges have changed profoundly.To achieve this,we should firmly hold on to the“five persistent”major principles of adhering to and strengthening the overall leadership of the Party,adhering to the road of socialism with Chinese characteristics,adhering to the people-centered development ideology,adhering to deepening reform and opening up,and adhering to the spirit of struggle,implementing the new development concept,and promoting high-quality development.
