摘要
从食品质量监督检查抽样工作的具体环节出发,围绕抽样工作方案制定及抽样实施过程中的问题这两方面进行探讨,对具体的抽样方案制定、抽样人员及物资准备、抽样方法依据及抽样量、现场抽样实施工作及后续的抽取样品运输交接、抽样工作中容易出现的问题等各个环节进行阐述,以期为食品质量监督检查抽样工作的科学化、规范化提供些许参考。
Starting from the specific links of sampling work in food quality supervision and inspection,discuss these two aspects around the formulation of sampling work plan and problems in the process of sampling implementation.Expound the specific aspects of sampling plan formulation,sampling personnel and materials preparation,sampling method basis and sampling quantity,on-site sampling implementation,follow-up sample transportation and handover,and easy problems in sampling,in order to provide some references for the scientific and standardized sampling work of food quality supervision and inspection.
