摘要
世界百年未有之大变局下党的形象建设面临新境遇、呈现新特点,必须重视其中所蕴含的风险和挑战。在世界百年未有之大变局下,党的形象建设应与时俱进,在内容上从坚持马克思主义底色的有为政党形象、人民至上的为民政党形象、勇于自我革命的奋进政党形象、推进民族复兴的担当政党形象、人类命运与共的开放政党形象五个方面铺陈展现。在这一大变局下,加强党的形象建设,就要构建中国共产党精神谱系,锻造党的形象的精神内核,这是根本要求;全面从严治党,深耕党的形象的内在特质,这是根本保障;优化党的队伍建设,夯实党的形象的建设基础,这是关键环节;用好三大“中介”,完善党的形象的宣传途径,这是重要手段。
The Party's image construction is facing new circumstances and presenting new features amid changes of a magnitude not seen in a century.We must pay attention to the risks and challenges contained.Under unprecedented changes not seen in a century,the image construction of the Party should keep pace with the times.In terms of content,it should be demonstrated from five aspects:the image of a promising party that adheres to Marxism,the image of a civil party that believes the people are supreme,the image of a progressive party that is brave in self-reform,the image of a responsible party that aims to promote national rejuvenation,and the image of an open party that shares the destiny of mankind.Under the unprecedented changes,to strengthen the image construction of the Party,we must develop a long line of inspiring principles and forge the spiritual core of the Party's image,which is the fundamental requirement;exercising full and rigorous self-governance and deeply cultivate the inherent attribute of the Party's image,which is the fundamental guarantee;optimize the construction of the Party members and consolidate the foundation of the Party's image,which is the key link;make good use of the three"intermediaries"and improve the publicity channels of the Party's image,which is the important means.
