摘要
思想建党常态化作为党的建设的基础性工程,是一个实践推进和教育融入过程,也是一个组织维系和机制建构过程。推进思想建党常态化,不仅是中国共产党永葆先进性的重要法宝,而且对全社会具有强大的价值辐射和示范功能。加强新时代思想建党常态化策略探究,要求具备明确的问题导向,既正视党员自身存在的理想信念缺失和异化问题,又注重从教育过程、党的建设、社会环境多个层面系统审视其种种不足,并剖析原因所在。为此,新时代推进思想建党常态化,一方面要针对现实难点问题,坚持党的工作规律与教育规律相融合,党员教育与日常生活相联系,思想建党与制度治党相结合的具体策略;另一方面要充分发挥整体协同效应,坚持一切从严的原则,内部优化全面从严治党的各个方面,外部维护意识形态领域的安全稳定,最终凝聚起思想建党常态化的强大合力与向心力。
The normalization of ideological Party building,as a basic project of Party building,is a process of practice promotion,and education integration,but also a process of organization promotion and mechanism construction a process of mechanism construction,and a process of Party member education close to daily life.Promoting the normalization of ideological Party building is not only an important magic weapon for the Communist Party of China(CPC)to maintain its advanced nature,but also has a powerful value radiation and demonstration function for the whole society.Strengthening the research on the normalization strategy of ideological Party building in the new era requires a clear problem orientation,which not only addresses the lack of ideals and beliefs and alienation problems existing among party members,but also pays attention to systematically examining various deficiencies in the normalization process from the perspectives of education process,Party building,and social environment,and analyzes the causes.Therefore,in order to promote the normalization of ideological Party building in the new era,on the one hand,in view of practical and difficult problems,it is necessary to adhere to the specific strategies of integrating the law of Party work with the law of education,linking the education of Party members with the daily life,and combining ideological Party building with institutional Party governing.On the other hand,it is necessary to give full play to the overall synergy effect,stick to the principle of being strict in everything,internally optimize strict management of all aspects of the Party,externally maintain security and stability in the ideological field,and finally pool the strong synergy and centripetal force in the normalization of ideological Party building.
