摘要
自2022年乌克兰危机升级以来,西方国家对俄罗斯及其盟友白俄罗斯采取了一系列的经济制裁措施,导致白俄罗斯出现了高通货膨胀、汇率剧烈波动、物价上涨、物资供应紧张等情况,这不仅给白俄罗斯本地居民和企业的生产和生活带来了诸多困难,也给我国在白投资兴建的中白工业园带来了前所未有的挑战。中白两国政府和人民在复杂的周边安全环境下,团结一致,主动作为,努力化解各种风险,在危机中育新机,于变局中开新局。2022年工业园区居民企业主要经济指标总体保持增长趋势。为推动工业园高质量发展,我们要始终保持大局意识,积极践行习近平主席提出的全球安全倡议,始终维护和平发展大局,持续深化经济合作,支持中小企业发展,积极与属地企业开展合作,推动数字技术和中医药等新领域产业发展,广泛拓展物流渠道,拓宽市场和保障物资供应,不断深化与上合组织等国际组织的合作。
Since the escalation of the Ukrainian crisis in 2022,Western countries have adopted a series of economic sanctions against Russia and its ally Belarus,which has led to high inflation,violent exchange rate fluctuations,rising prices,and tight supply of materials in Belarus.This not only brings many difficulties to the production and life of local residents and enterprises in Belarus,but also brings unprecedented challenges to the China-Belarus Industrial Park invested and built by China in Belarus.Facing the complex security environment,the governments and peoples of two countries have united and taken active measures to resolve various risks,and strived to cultivate new opportunities and create new situations.In 2022,the main economic indicators of resident enterprises in the park maintained an overall growth trend.In order to promote the high-quality development of the park,it is necessary to think in big-picture terms and actively implement the global security initiative proposed by President Xi Jinping,persisit peaceful development and continue to deepen economic cooperation,support the development of small and medium-sized enterprises,actively cooperate with local enterprises,promote the development of new industries such as digital technology and traditional Chinese medicine,extensively expand logistics channels,broaden markets and ensure material supply,and continuously deepen cooperation with international organizations such as the Shanghai Cooperation Organization.
