摘要
医学是自然学科和人文学科相互渗透的一门综合学科,其研究和服务的对象是有生命力、有情感表达、有欲望追求的人。多年以来,我国的医学教育一直沿用以知识传授和技能培养为主的传统教学模式,不太重视人文社会学科的教育,致使医学院校学生知识结构单一,人文素质严重缺乏,与新时代医学人才的培养目标不相匹配。文章首先阐述了人文素质教育的内涵及意义,其次对本科院校临床教学医学人文教育现状进行了分析,对比国内外医学人文素质教育,分析了我国医学人文素质缺失的原因,通过借鉴国外医学人文素质教育实践经验,提出了针对我国医科院校改革医学人文素质教育的对策,即:提高对素质教育教学理念的重视;培养师资;加强心理沟通,提升心理素质;建立全面人文素质教育体系;做好顶层设计,助力人文素质教育协调发展;言传身教法让学生感受到人文素质的价值;医学人文素质教育教学方法改革;注重专业课程中的渗透;重视实践融合,让人文教育落到实处。
Medicine is a comprehensive discipline with the mutual penetration of natural science and humanities,and the object of its research and service is people with vitality,emotional expression and desire pursuit.For many years,China's medical education has been following the traditional teaching mode of imparting knowledge and cultivating skills,and paying little attention to the education of humanities and social sciences,resulting in a single knowledge structure of medical college students and a serious lack of humanistic quality which does not match the training objectives of medical talents in the new era.Firstly,this paper expounds the connotation and significance of humanistic quality education.Secondly,it analyzes the present situation of medical humanistic quality education in clinical teaching in undergraduate colleges and universities,compares the medical humanistic quality education at home and abroad,analyzes the reasons for the lack of medical humanistic quality in China,and puts forward some countermeasures for reforming medical humanistic quality education in medical colleges and universities in China by drawing lessons from the practical experience of foreign medical humanistic quality education,namely:paying more attention to the teaching concept of quality education;training teachers;strengthen psychological communication and improve psychological quality;establish a comprehensive humanistic quality education system;do a good job in top-level design to help the coordinated development of humanistic quality education;the method of teaching by example makes students feel the value of humanistic quality;teaching method reform of medical humanistic quality education;pay attention to the infiltration in professional courses;pay attention to the integration of practice,and make people's humanities education implemented.
