微波消解电感耦合等离子体质谱法同时测定动物内脏中6种元素 被引量:3

Simultaneous determination of copper,chromium,arsenic,cadmium,lead,and aluminum in animal viscera by microwave digestion inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry

摘要 目的建立微波消解电感耦合等离子体质谱法(inductively couple plasma-massectrometry,ICP-MS)同时测定羊肝、羊肾、猪肝、猪肾等动物内脏中铬(Cr)、砷(As)、镉(Cd)、铅(Pb)、铝(Al)、铜(Cu)的检测方法。方法运用浓硝酸及微波消解技术对样品进行前处理,使用电感耦合等离子体质谱法同时测定动物内脏中Cr、As、Cd、Pb、Al、Cu等6种元素的含量。结果该方法的线性、相关系数、相对标准偏差、加标回收率、方法检出限及定量限均能满足检测要求。用标准参考物质的检测数据评价该方法时,检测结果与给定值均在误差范围内。其中Cr检出值0.21μg/g,标准值(0.23±0.06)μg/g;As检出值1.28μg/g,标准值(1.4±0.3)μg/g;Cd检出值0.94μg/g,标准值(1.00±0.07)μg/g;Pb检出值0.099μg/g,标准值(0.12±0.03)μg/g;Cu检出值49.8μg/g,标准值(52±3)μg/g;Al检出值0.011μg/g,标准值0.012μg/g。结论微波消解电感耦合等离子体质谱法同时测定动物内脏中Cr、As、Cd、Pb、Al、Cu等6种元素,不仅检测时间短,而且结果的准确性及精密度等均高。 Objective To establish a microwave digestion inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)meth⁃od for the simultaneous determination of chromium(Cr),arsenic(As),cadmium(Cd),lead(Pb),aluminum(Al),copper(Cu)in sheep liver,sheep kidney,pig liver,pig kidney and other animal viscera.Methods Concentrated nitric acid and microwave digestion technology were used to pretreat the samples,and the contents of Cr,As,Cd,Pb,Al,Cu in animal viscera were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry.Results The linearity,correlation coef⁃ficient,relative standard deviation,recovery rate,detection limit and limit of quantification of the method can meet the de⁃tection requirements.When evaluating the method with the test data of reference materials,the test results and the given values are within the error range.The detected value for Cr was 0.21μg/g,with a standard value of(0.23±0.06)μg/g;As was 1.28μg/g,with a standard value of(1.4±0.3)μg/g;Cd was 0.94μg/g,with a standard value of(1.00±0.07)μg/g;Pb was 0.099μg/g,with a standard value of(0.12±0.03)μg/g;Cu was 49.8μg/g,with a standard value of(52±3)μg/g,and Al was 0.011μg/g with a standard value of 0.012μg/g.Conclusion Microwave digestion inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry can simultaneously determine Cr,As,Cd,Pb,Al,Cu elements in animal viscera,which not only shortens the detection time,but also has high accuracy and precision.
