摘要
目的:建立电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)直接测定软饮料中的铬、铜、锌、砷、镉、锑的方法。方法:软饮料经适当稀释后直接进样测定,外标法绘制工作曲线,在线内标校准基体效应及信号漂移。结果:相对标准偏差(RSD)〈5.0%,加标回收率90.0%-110.0%,用该方法对FAPAS能力验证软饮料样品进行了测定,结果令人满意。结论:样品前处理方法简单,结果准确、灵敏、快速,精密度好。
Objective:To develop a method for the determination of chromium, copper, zinc, arsenic, cadmium, antimony in soft drink by using ICP - MS. Methods:The diluted sample was introduced into ICP - MS. External calibration was applied for making calibration curve and online internal calibration for eliminating matrix effect and signal drift, respectively. Results:The relative standard(RSD)was 〈 5. 0% and the recoveries were between 90.0% - 110. 0%. The approach was applied in the FAPAS test for soft drink, the analytical valued matched well the assigned value. Conclusions:The method is simple, sensitive and accurate.
