摘要
农产品抽样检测是农业部门与市场监管部门保障农产品质量安全的重要举措,通过农产品的抽样检测,可及时防范和化解农产品质量安全风险。结合多年农产品抽样与样品制备工作经验,对抽样前期准备、抽样与制样过程中要求、样品交接、存在的风险进行梳理,提出一些抽样与样品制备工作改进建议。为提高抽样与样品制备工作的规范性、公正性提供参考,对于相关行业的从业者具有一定的借鉴指导作用。
Sampling and testing of agricultural products is an important measure taken by agricultural departments and market supervision departments to ensure the quality and safety of agricultural products.Through the sampling test of agricultural products,the quality and safety risks of agricultural products can be prevented and resolved.Based on many years of experience in agricultural product sampling and sample preparation,analyzed the preliminary preparation for sampling,requirements during sampling and sample preparation,sample handover and existing risks,put forward some suggestions for improving sampling and sample preparation work.Provided reference for improving the standardization and impartiality of sampling and sample preparation work,it had a certain reference and guidance role for practitioners in relevant industries.
