摘要
红外水分仪常用于烟草含水率在线检测,其测量精度受环境、烟草批次等影响。为提高红外水分仪对烟草水分在线检测精度,研制一套可为红外水分测量仪实时提供标定所需标准样品的高精度恒温恒湿系统。用半导体制冷片进行降温,分别用固体干燥剂和超声波雾化器进行除湿和加湿。基于系统控制方案,深入分析温湿度串扰模型,建立湿度前馈补偿的解耦控制模型。完成系统结构和控制系统软硬件设计,并进行验证测试。结果表明:当恒温恒湿箱的温湿度设定值分别为20℃和60%时,不论是加湿还是除湿,箱内温湿度的稳态控制误差分别优于±0.05℃和±0.8%。所研制的恒温恒湿箱具有高精度、低成本、便携式等优点,能够用于烟草制品水分检测以及其他高精度环境控制领域。
The infrared moisture meter is often used to detect the moisture content of tobacco,which accuracy is affected by the environment,tobacco batch and so on.In order to improve the on-line detection accuracy of tobacco moisture,a high-precision constant temperature and humidity system which can provide real-time calibration standard samples for infrared moisture meter is developed.The thermoelectric cooler is used for cooling,and the solid desiccants and ultrasonic atomizers are used for dehumidification and humidification respectively.The decoupling control model of humidity feedforward compensation is established based on the control system after studying the crosstalk model between temperature and humidity.The structure of the system is designed and the software and hardware are realized.And the verification test is carried out.The results show that the steady-state control errors of the temperature and humidity are better than±0.05℃with the 20℃setting and±0.8%with the 60%setting respectively,whether humidified or dehumidified.The designed temperature and humidity chamber has the advantages of high precision,low cost and portability.It can be used for moisture detection of tobacco products and other high-precision environmental control.
