摘要
海水温度的整体变化范围为-2~30℃。镓熔点是ITS-90国际温标的一个定义固定点,其值为29.7646℃,是海水温度测量的重要参照点。中国计量科学研究院与国家海洋标准计量中心联合研建了一套开口结构的镓熔点热管温度源装置。该套装置中的镓点容器为金属外壳,避免了玻璃外壳易破裂的问题;同时采用开口结构,能够通过压力控制器自动、准确控制容器内为1个标准大气压,保证了ITS-90国际温标的要求。同时在该套装置的镓熔点复现装置中装有专门研发的热管,能够有效地提高温场均匀性。为检验该套装置的性能,进行一系列测试,经测试该套装置的垂直温场均匀性约为±4.3mK。
The whole variation range of sea water temperature is-2℃to 30℃.The gallium melting temperature is an important reference in sea-water temperature measurement,which is an important defining fixed point in the International Temperature Scale of 1990(ITS-90),and is 29.7646℃.National Institute of Metrology(NIM)and National Center of Ocean Standards and Metrology(NCOSM)have jointly developed an open gallium melting point device equipped with heat pipe.The gallium point cell in the device is open,which allows its internal pressure can be precisely controlled to a standard atmospheric pressure through a pressure controller,ensuring the requirements of the ITS-90.And the shell of this gallium point cell is made of metal,which avoids the fragile problem of the glass shell.More importantly,a specially developed heat pipe is installed in the device,which can effectively improve the uniformity of temperature field.In order to test the temperature field performance of the device,a series of tests have be conducted.The uniformity of the vertical temperature field of the device is about±4.3mK.
