摘要
目的分析细菌感染患者诊断中采取血常规检测联合IL-6诊断的效果。方法选取本院在2022年1月至2023年1月期间门诊收治的100例细菌感染患者作为研究对象,将其设为试验组,另选取同期入我院进行健康体检100例健康人群设为参考组。对上述受检者分别采取血常规诊断、IL-6及联合诊断,分析血常规检测联合IL-6的诊断效果。结果试验组白细胞、IL-6指标水平高于参考组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在试验组中,血常规检验的敏感度为47.00%(47/100),IL-6检验的敏感度为77.00%(77/100),联合检测的敏感度为94.00%(94/100)。血常规检验的特异度为64.00%(64/100),IL-6检验的特异度为57.00%(57/100),联合检测的特异度为79.00%(79/100)。经比较发现,联合检测的敏感度及特异度相比较单纯的血常规、IL-6检验更高。差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论细菌感染患者诊断中采取血常规检测联合IL-6诊断可见白细胞指标及IL-6指标明显增加,且具有较高的敏感性及特异性,可有助于对患者的诊断及治疗。
Objective To analyze the effectiveness of combining blood routine testing with IL-6 diagnosis in the diagnosis of bacterial infection patients.Method One hundred patients with bacterial infections admitted to our outpatient department from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the research subjects,and they were assigned to the experimental group.Additionally,100 healthy individuals who underwent health examinations at our hospital during the same period were selected as the reference group.Perform blood routine diagnosis,IL-6,and combined diagnosis for the above patients,and analyze the diagnostic effect of blood routine testing combined with IL-6.Result The white blood cell and IL-6 indicators in the experimental group were higher than those in the reference group.The difference has statistical significance(P<0.05).The sensitivity of the blood routine test is 47.00%(47/100),the sensitivity of the IL-6 test is 77.00%(77/100),and the sensitivity of the combined test is 94.00%(94/100).The specificity of the blood routine test was 64.00%(64/100),the specificity of the IL-6 test was 57.00%(57/100),and the specificity of the combined test was 79.00%(79/100).After comparison,it was found that the sensitivity and specificity of combined detection were higher than those of simple blood routine and IL-6 tests.The difference has statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion In the diagnosis of bacterial infection patients,the combination of blood routine testing and IL-6 diagnosis shows a significant increase in white blood cell and IL-6 indicators,and has high sensitivity and specificity,which can help in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.
