摘要
利用热轧试验和实验室模拟研究了热轧润滑对IF钢全流程各工序后表面状态的影响。结果表明:关闭热轧润滑使得热轧卷表面存在较多的细小晶粒和混晶,增加辊面与带钢表层剪切应力是造成细小晶粒的根本原因;混晶组织对连退板组织有明显遗传性,导致冷轧,退火后的连退板表层{111}/{100}织构比例下降。
The effect of hot rolling lubrication on the surface state of IF steel after each process was studied by hot rolling test and laboratory simulation.The results show that there are many fine grains and mixed crystal on the surface of hot rolled strip due to the shut off the rolling lubrication,and the increase of shear stress between roll surface and strip surface is the basic cause of fine grains.The mixed crystal structure has obvious heredity,which leads to the decrease of{111}/{100}texture ratio on the surface of the continuous annealing plate after cold rolling and annealing.
