摘要
研究了汽车用冷轧IF钢DC04的组织和性能,并通过材料成形极限图对材料在冲压成形中出现的失效进行了分析。利用DC04钢成形极限图对深冲拉延过程中的起皱、隐裂、开裂等问题进行了分析。
The microstructure and properties of cold rolled IF steel DC04 for automobile were studied, and the failure of the material in stamping forming was analyzed by means of the forming limit diagram of the material. The wrinkle, hidden crack and cracking in deep drawing process were analyzed by using forming limit diagram of DC04 steel.
