摘要
弘扬全人类共同价值是凝聚各方价值共识,共同应对百年未有之大变局下层出不穷的全球性挑战,化解国际社会与中国存在的各种非正常的政治和价值冲突的必然选择。然而,在百年未有之大变局下,全人类共同价值的弘扬还面临着多元主体的价值差异、部分主体对全人类共同价值的认知缺失、经济互信与政治互信基础遭到破坏、西方“普世价值”论话语的冲击、精通国际传播的专业人才不足等多重挑战。践行和弘扬全人类共同价值,一是要在实现共同利益中增进对全人类共同价值的“同情共感”,将全人类共同价值融入到全世界人民的根本利益中去,构建人类命运共同体的坚实价值根基;二是要在意识形态的较量中讲好中国故事,在消解西方对全人类共同价值歪曲的同时,化解国际社会对中国和全人类共同价值认知的“资讯赤字”;三是要在对外交往实践中强化国际社会对全人类共同价值的认同,以对话而不对抗的新型交往机制、共商共建共享、求同存异的价值理念取代西方“普世价值”论实践中的文明冲突;四是要建强适应新时代国际传播需要的专业人才队伍,培育与储备一批具有家国情怀和坚定政治立场、全球视野的专业人才,为提升全人类共同价值的弘扬效能提供坚实的人才支撑。
Promoting shared human values is an inevitable choice to gather consensus from all parties,jointly address the various global challenges amid profound changes unseen in a century,and resolve various political and value conflicts between the international community and China.However,the path of promoting shared human values,against the backdrop of profound changes unseen in a century,is riddled with multiple challenges,such as cultural differences in thinking and perception among multiple subjects,the lack of recognition of the shared human values by some subjects,the destruction of the economic and political mutual trust,the impact of the socalled western"Universal value",and the shortage of professionals in international communication.To uphold the shared human values,firstly it is necessary to foster"sympathy and appreciation"of the shared human values through the pursuit of common interests,integrate the shared human values into the fundamental interests of people around the world,and build a solid foundation of value for a community with a shared future for humanity;Secondly,it is necessary to tell the story of China effectively in the ideological competition,dispelling the distortion of the West towards the shared human values,while addressing the"information deficit"in international community's understanding of China and the concept of shared human values;thirdly,it is important to strengthen the international community's recognition of the shared human values in foreign exchanges,and replace the idea of inevitable clash of civilizations proposed in the Western"Universal value"theory with a new type of exchange mechanism of communication rather than confrontation,and the principles of extensive consultation,joint construction and shared benefits,and seeking common ground while reserving differences;fourthly,it is essential to build a professional talent team that meets the needs of international communication in the new era,cultivate and reserve a group of patriotic professionals with firm political stances and global vision,and provide robust talent support for enhancing the efficiency in promoting the shared human values.
