摘要
通过分析我国期刊编辑发表学术论文情况,探讨提升期刊编辑科研水平的对策。文章全面检索2016−2021年期刊编辑发表在中文核心期刊的学术论文,利用文献计量学方法对论文信息进行分析研究。研究结果表明,我国期刊编辑发文量有下降趋势,期刊编辑既发表编辑出版类论文,也发表了大量非编辑出版类论文。刊登论文的期刊有较强的集中性,主要集中于编辑出版类期刊。分析得出了我国期刊编辑中的高产作者、期刊编辑关注的研究热点等。并进一步分析了期刊编辑发文量低的原因,提出提高期刊编辑科研水平的对策措施包括:编研结合,培养研究型编辑;创造良好的研究氛围,建设研究型编辑部;回归学术共同体,锻造学者型编辑。
By analyzing the situation of academic papers published by journal editors in China,this paper explores the strategies to improve the scientific research level of journal editors.This paper comprehensively retrievals the academic papers in Chinese core journals from 2016 to 2021 published by journal editors.Bibliometrics methods are used to analyze the information of the papers.The results show that the amount of the academic papers published by journal editors in China appears a downward trend.Journal editors publish both editorial and non-editorial papers.The journals that publish papers have a strong concentration,mainly concentrated in editorial journals.This research analyzes the high-yield authors,and the research hotspots that journal editors focus on.This research also analyzes the reasons for the decline of the amount of the academic papers published by journal editors in China,and puts forward some targeted countermeasures,including promoting research by editing and cultivating researcher-editors,constructing research-editorial departments by creating a good research atmosphere,and cultivating scholar-editors by returning to the academic community.
