摘要
皋兰县深处内陆,水资源十分匮乏,为提高皋兰县供水保障率,推动皋兰县乡村振兴,从水源、供需结构匹配、水利工程建设及管理等方面分析了皋兰县供水现状及存在问题,在此基础上,提出了加强水资源管理、加快供水侧结构改革、多渠道融资提升改造已建提灌工程、提高供水工程管理效率、发展节水农业、培育水利人才、强化水利行业监管等发展对策。
Water resources of Gaolan County are extremely scarce,in order to improve the water supply guarantee rate and promote rural revitalization in Gaolan County,based on the analysis of the current situation and existing problems of water supply in Gaolan County.Development countermeasures such as strengthening water resources management,accelerating the structural reform of the water supply side,upgrading the existing irrigation and irrigation projects through multi-channel financing,improving the management efficiency of water supply projects,developing water-saving agriculture,cultivating water conservancy talents,and strengthening the supervision of the water conservancy industry are proposed.
