摘要
教育部推动“专创融合”示范课程建设,旨在将创新创业教育贯穿人才培养全过程,引领带动全国高校创新创业教育工作取得新成效。本文基于课程建设体系的视角,指出当下高职院校“专创融合”示范课程建设中存在着专业课程与创新创业课程融合程度不够、师资队伍薄弱、课程实践缺乏创新、实践平台单一等问题。提出相应的解决策略,如通过健全保障制度,组建“混合型”师资队伍夯实课程建设基础,以学生为中心创新教学形式,丰富课程内容,建设学生感兴趣的课程,跨平台整合资源配置,构建多元实践平台来满足学生形式多样的个性化实践需求。
The Ministry of Education promotes the construction of "profession and innovation" model courses,aiming to run innovation and entrepreneurship education throughout the entire process of talent training,and lead the innovation and entrepreneurship education of colleges and universities across the country to achieve new results.From the perspective of curriculum construction system,this paper analyzes the problems in the current construction of "profession-innovation integration" demonstration courses in vocational colleges,such as insufficient integration of professional courses and innovation and entrepreneurship courses,weak teaching staff,lack of innovation in curriculum practice,and single practice platform.It is also proposed to consolidate the foundation of curriculum construction by improving the guarantee system and forming a "mixed" teaching team,establishing student-oriented innovative teaching forms and enriching the content of courses with students' interest,integrating resource allocation across platforms and building a diversified practical platform to meet the personalized needs of students with various forms of practical experience.
