摘要
教师教育现代化对于我国实施科教兴国、人才强国战略意义重大,肩负着培养高素质教师队伍、建设教育强国的时代使命,同时需要应对中国教育现代化对教师教育现代化的战略需求,以及完成面向教育数字化转型升级推进教师教育现代化转变,和加快推进高水平教师教育现代化体系建设的时代任务。深度认识教师教育现代化,有必要廓清教师教育现代化的内涵及范畴,再进一步追问教师教育的现代化逻辑。教师教育的现代化逻辑由内部生成逻辑与外部赋能逻辑两部分构成,内部生成逻辑自顶向下贯通了中国传统哲学的“道—法—术—器”四个层级,“道”是教师教育价值理念,“法”为高水平的教师教育现代化体系;“术”为过程性的教师教育评价方法;“器”为优质丰富的教师教育资源。同时,教师与环境的良好互动、可持续性的资源投入以及现代化的教师资格认定标准分别构成了教师教育现代化外部赋能逻辑的逻辑原点、关键支撑和质量驱动。据此,教师教育的现代化实践需要通过教师教育理念的现代化建构、教师教育现代化发展的协同联动实现机制和教师教育现代化的全过程评估反馈体系来实现。
The modernization of teacher education is of great significance for China to implement the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education and strengthening the country through talents.It shoulders the mission of the times to cultivate high-quality teachers and build an educational power.At the same time,it needs to meet the strategic demand of China's educational modernization,complete the transformation and upgrading of digital education,and accelerate the construction of high-level teacher education modernization system.To deeply understand the modernization of teacher education,it is necessary to clarify the connotation and category of teacher education modernization,and then further ask the logic of teacher education modernization.The modernization logic of teacher education consists of two parts:internal generative logic and external empowerment logic.The internal generative logic runs through the four levels of China's traditional philosophy from top to bottom.“Dao”is the value concept of teacher education,and“Law”is a high-level modernization system of teacher education.“Technique”is a process evaluation method of teacher education;“Utensil”is a high-quality and rich resource for teacher education.At the same time,good interaction between teachers and the environment,sustainable resource investment and modern teacher qualification standards constitute the logical origin,key support and quality drive of the external empowerment logic of teacher education modernization respectively.Accordingly,the modernization practice of teacher education needs to be realized through the modernization construction of teacher education concept,the collaborative linkage realization mechanism of teacher education modernization development and the whole process evaluation and feedback system of teacher education modernization.
