摘要
当前,伴随着高校学生问题的日益复杂化和教育体制改革的不断深入,高校学生社区传统的“自上而下”的管理方式呈现出许多弊端,如何适应新形势,探索新的管理模式成为许多高校面临的难题。从学校社会工作的视角出发,分析学校社会工作介入高校学生社区的必要性、可行性以及可能面临的困难,并从学校社会工作以及高校两方面提出改进建议,以期为高校创新社区管理模式提供参考。
At present,with the increasing complexity of college students problems and the deepening of the reform of the education system,the traditional“top-down”management mode of college students communities has shown many drawbacks.How to adapt to the new situation and explore new management models has become a problem faced by many colleges and universities.From the perspective of school social work,this paper analyzes the necessity,feasibility and possible difficulties of school social work involving college student communities,and puts forward suggestions for improvement from both school social work and colleges,with a view to provide reference for colleges and universities to innovate community management models.
