摘要
文章旨在研究膨化玉米对育肥猪生长性能、屠宰性能及肉品质的影响。试验将120头品种、日龄相同,初始体重(66.48±4.67)kg的育肥猪随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复10头。基础日粮根据育肥猪的营养需求配制,其中CON组为玉米-豆粕型基础日粮,T1、T2、T3组分别以33.33%、66.67%、100.00%比例膨化玉米替代基础日粮中的玉米,试验为期35 d。结果表明,(1)T1、T2、T3组育肥猪平均日增重和平均日采食量显著高于CON组(P<0.05),CON组育肥猪料重比显著高于T1、T2、T3组(P<0.05)。(2)T1、T2、T3组育肥猪胴体重和眼肌面积显著高于CON组(P<0.05),与CON组相比,T1、T2、T3组育肥猪背膘厚度有上升趋势(P<0.10)。(3)与CON组相比,T1、T2、T3组肉样滴水损失显著降低(P<0.05),与CON组相比,T1、T2、T3组肉样红度a*显著提高(P<0.05)。结论:33.33%、66.67%、100.00%的膨化玉米替代玉米均能提高育肥猪的生长性能、屠宰性能及肉品质,在考虑饲养成本的情况下,33.33%的膨化玉米替代玉米的喂喂效果最佳。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of extruded corn on their growth performance,slaughter performance,and meat quality.120 finishing pigs of the same breed and age with an initial weight of(66.48±4.67)kg were selected and randomly divided into 4 groups,with 3 replicates in each group and 10 pigs in each replicate.The basic diet is formulated according to the nutritional needs of fattening pigs.The CON group is a corn soybean meal based diet,while the T1,T2,and T3 groups use 33.33%,66.67%,and 100.00%puffed corn to replace the corn in the basic diet.The experiment lasted for 35 days.The results showed that:(1)The average daily weight gain and average daily feed intake of the T1,T2,and T3 groups were significantly higher than those of the CON group(P<0.05),and the feed weight ratio of the CON group was significantly higher than that of the T1,T2,and T3 groups(P<0.05).(2)The carcass weight and eye muscle area of the T1,T2,and T3 groups were significantly higher than those of the CON group(P<0.05).Compared with the CON group,the back fat thickness of the T1,T2,and T3 groups showed an upward trend(P<0.10).(3)Compared with the CON group,the T1,T2,and T3 groups showed a significant decrease in meat dripping loss(P<0.05),while the T1,T2,and T3 groups showed a significant increase in meat redness a*(P<0.05).Conclusion:Replacing corn with 33.33%,66.67%,and 100.00%extruded corn can improve the growth performance,slaughter performance,and meat quality of fattening pigs.Considering the feeding cost,33.33%extruded corn has the best feeding effect.
