摘要
针对传统火工品点火数据采集时效率低且采集信号类型单一的问题,论文设计了一种基于FPGA的多通道点火数据采集系统,可以实现点火电压、点火电流和点火脉宽的采集。该系统通过FPGA控制16通道模拟开关轮循切换及单AD7667模数转换芯片完成8路点火电压、电流信号的采集和转换,转换结果经以太网口传输至上位机进行显示与分析。经试验表明,该系统实现了8路点火电压、点火电流、点火脉宽信号的采集,大大提高了火工品点火数据采集的效率。
Aiming at the problem of low automation degree and single signal type in traditional ignition data acquisition ways,this paper designs an ignition data acquisition system based on FPGA,which can realize the acquisition of ignition voltage,ignition current and ignition pulse width.The system uses FPGA to control 16-channel multiplexers and a ADC to complete the acquisition and conversion of 8-channel ignition voltage and current signals.The conversion results are transmitted to the superior computer through Ethernet.The experimental results show that the system realizes the acquisition of 8 channels of ignition voltage,ignition current and ignition pulse width signals,which greatly improves the automation degree of ignition data acquisition.
