摘要
目的 探讨矩阵式教学体系在重症医学临床教学中的应用效果。方法 选取我院2018年3月至2022年2月期间符合入组标准的重症规范化培训的住院医师及重症医学硕士研究生作为研究对象共60人,按入科时间分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用传统教学模式,观察组采用矩阵式教学体系。利用理论、临床技能考核、OSCE、满意度调查及师生互评综合评价教学效果。结果 观察组和对照组的理论测试、临床技能测试、OSCE、医患满意度、教师对学生评价的分数比较,观察组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05),观察组和对照组学生对教师评价的分数比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论 矩阵式教学体系对培养重症学生的知识掌握、技能操作、综合素质均有显著优势。同时能够提高教师的教学质量,促进教学改革。
Objective:To explore the effect of matrix teaching system in the clinical teaching of critical care medicine.Methods:A total of 60 residents with standardized intensive care training and master students in this discipline who met the enrollment criteria in our hospital from March 2018 to February 2022 were selected as the research subjects and divided into two groups according to the admission time as the control group and observation group.The control group adopted the traditional teaching mode,and the observation group adopted matrix teaching mode.The teaching effect was evaluated comprehensively by theory,clinical skill examination,OSCE,satisfaction survey and teacher-student mutual evaluation.Results:The scores of theoretical test,clinical skill test,OSCE,doctor-patient satisfaction and teacher evaluation of students in the observation group and control group were com-pared,and the observation group was superior to the control group with statistical significance(P<0.05),while the scores of teacher evaluation between observation group and control group showed no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion:Matrix teaching system has significant advantages in cultivating critical students'knowledge mastery,skill operation and comprehensive quality.At the same time,it can improve teachers'teaching quality and promote teaching reform.
