摘要
目的研究苏合香丸联合血栓通注射液治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的效果及对血流动力学的影响。方法选取2022年3—12月睢宁县人民医院诊治的137例急性缺血性脑卒中病例,经随机数表法分为研究组(n=69)及对照组(n=68)。对照组采用血栓通注射液治疗,研究组采用苏合香丸联合血栓通治疗。比较两组治疗前后患者的血流动力学、凝血功能、生化血清指标、神经损伤评分、脑卒中相关评分等数据。结果研究组在治疗后血流动力学数据低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组在治疗后PT、APTT高于对照组,TT、D-D低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组在治疗后生化血清指标低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者NIHSS评分(4.37±1.02)分低于对照组(5.01±1.47)分,差异有统计学意义(t=2.964,P<0.05);研究组mRS评分(2.01±0.31)分低于对照组(2.24±0.48)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在针对急性缺血性脑卒中进行治疗时,选择苏合香丸联合血栓通注射液治疗具有更好的效果,可有效改善血流动力学水平,降低凝血功能,减少神经损伤程度,明显提高生活质量,是一种安全有效的治疗措施。
Objective To study the effect of Suhexiang pill combined with Xueshuantong injection in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke and its influence on hemodynamics.Methods 137 cases of acute ischemic stroke diagnosed and treated in Suining People´s hospital from March to December 2022 were collected and randomly divided into study group(n=69)and control group(n=68).The control group was treated with Xueshuantong injection,and the study group was treated with Suhexiang pills combined with Xueshuantong.The hemodynamics,coagulation function,biochemical serum indexes,nerve injury score,stroke related score and other data of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results The hemodynamic data of the study group was lower than that of the control group after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,Pt and APTT in the study group were higher than those in the control group,while TT and D-D were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The biochemical serum indexes in the study group were lower than those in the control group after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The NIHSS score of the study group(4.37±1.02)points was lower than that of the control group(5.01±1.47)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=2.964,P<0.05).The Mrs score of the study group(2.01±0.31)points was lower than that of the control group(2.24±0.48)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of acute ischemic stroke,Suhexiang pill combined with Xueshuantong injection has better effect,effectively improves the level of hemodynamics,reduces coagulation function,reduces nerve injury,and significantly improves the quality of life.It is a safe and effective treatment measure.
