摘要
目的探讨对缺血性脑卒中患者用拜阿司匹林与阿托伐他汀联合治疗的临床效果与安全性。方法选取2019年3月至2020年3月于我院接受治疗的缺血性脑卒中患者80例,根据入院先后顺序分为对照组40例与联合组40例,对照组单纯应用拜阿司匹林肠溶片治疗,联合组在上述基础上应用阿托伐他汀治疗,对比两组患者治疗前后神经功能缺损评分、血小板参数、复发率及不良反应发生率。结果两组患者治疗前神经功能缺损评分及血小板参数比较,无统计学差异,P>0.05;两组患者治疗后神经功能缺损评分及血小板参数均有所改善,联合组改善效果更显著,有统计学差异,P<0.05;联合组与对照组缺血性脑血管事件复发率分别为10.00%、35.00%,联合组明显偏低,有统计学差异,P<0.05;治疗后TG、TC、LDL-C、HDL-C明显优于对照组,有统计学差异,P<0.05;两组患者在不良反应发生率方面比较,无统计学差异,P>0.05。结论对缺血性脑卒中患者应用拜阿司匹林与阿托伐他汀联合治疗可显著调节血小板、血脂参数指标,加快神经功能缺损的恢复,安全性较高。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of combined aspirin and atorvastatin therapy for ischemic stroke.Methods In March 2019 to March 2020,80 cases of ischemic cerebral apoplexy patients,were selected in our hospital and were divided into control group and joint group with 40 cases each group,control group was given the aspirin enteric-coated metformin hydrochloride treatment,joint group was given the atorvastatin on the basis of the above application,compared two groups of patients before and after treatment in the neural function defect scale,platelet parameters,the recurrence rate and the incidence of adverse reactions.Results There was no statistically significant difference in neurological deficit score and platelet parameters between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,neurological deficit score and platelet parameters of the two groups were improved,and the improvement of the combined group was better,with statistical difference(P<0.05).The recurrence rates of ischemic cerebrovascular events in the combined group and the control group were 10.00%and 35.00%,respectively,which were significantly lower in the combined group(P<0.05).After treatment,TG,TC,LDL-C and HDL-C of the joint group were significantly better than those of the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of Aspirin and Atorvastatin in the treatment of ischemic stroke patients can significantly regulate platelet and blood lipid parameters,accelerate the recovery of neurological deficit.
