摘要
在介绍天津某净水厂绿化用智能供水系统的概况和多种供水模式的智能切换方法的基础上,着重分析了PLC在不同供水流量下智能切换供水模式的应用。通过优化PLC程序,实现了绿化供水系统的智能化管理,利用自控系统运行稳定、分析准确的特点,既减少了运行人员的工作量,又提高了系统运行的可靠性。
This paper introduces the overview of the intelligent water supply system for the greening of a water purification plant in Tianjin and the intelligent switching method of several kinds of water supply modes,and focuses on analyzing the application of PLC for intelligent switching of water supply modes under different water supply flows.By optimizing the PLC program,the intelligent management of water supply system for greening is realized.By using the characteristics of stable operation and accurate analysis of the automatic control system,it not only reduces the workload of operators,but also improves the reliability of system operation.
