摘要
工厂冷却水是生产工艺的重要组成部分,其使用量和水压有时常变化的特点,原来的工频供水已经落后,水压过高容易造成设备的损害和冷却水的浪费。针对这种情况,在建设基础和管路不变的情况下,设计出一种PLC和变频器组合的恒压供水系统,通过各种传感器的数据采集,上水泵变频器通过多段速控制的方法,将开放式水池水位控制在范围以内,管网供水压力信号实时精确采集,经可编程控制器过滤处理,采用PID控制消除误差,自动控制供水变频器运转频率,使供水压力趋于稳定平衡,闭环控制实现恒压供水,从而达到节能降耗的目的。应用结果表明,该控制系统可以将生产所需的供水压力稳定在0.35 MPa左右,压力浮动在±0.05 MPa,基本保持稳定。
Factory cooling water is an important part of the production process,the amount of cooling water used in the factory and the water pressure have the characteristics of frequent changes,the original power frequency water supply has been backward,excessive water pressure can easily cause damage to equipment and waste of cooling water.In view of this situation,a constant pressure water supply system is designed combining PLC and inverter under the condition that the construction foundation and pipeline remain unchanged,through the data acquisition of various sensors,the water pump inverter controls the water level of the open pool within the range through the method of multi-stage speed control,and the water supply pressure signal of the pipe network is accurately collected in real time,filtered by the programmable controller,and the PID control is used to eliminate the error,and the operation frequency of the water supply inverter is automatically controlled.The water supply pressure tends to be stable and balanced,and the closed-loop control realizes the constant pressure water supply,so as to achieve the purpose of energy saving and consumption reduction.The application results of the design show that the control system can stabilize the water supply pressure required for production at about 0.35 MPa,and the pressure floats at plus or minus 0.05 MPa,and the water supply pressure is basically stable.
