摘要
目的分析预见性运动护理干预在妊娠高血压患者护理中的应用效果。方法选取2021年1月至2023年1月于那坡县人民医院就诊的62例妊娠高血压患者,利用随机数字表法分为两组,对照组(n=31)给予常规护理干预,研究组(n=31)接受预见性运动护理干预,比较两组的护理效果。结果研究组分娩自我效能评分、分娩应对评分、疼痛评分均优于对照组(P<0.05),自然分娩率高于对照组(P<0.05),产妇和胎儿并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论预见性运动护理干预可优化妊娠高血压患者的分娩结局,减少妊娠期母婴并发症,改善妊娠体验,具有实用价值。
Objective To analyze the application effect of predictive exercise nursing intervention in nursing care of patients with gestational hypertension.Methods A total of 62 patients with gestational hypertension who visited Napo County People’s Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected.They were divided into two groups using the random number table method.The control group(n=31)received routine nursing intervention,while the study group(n=31)received predictive exercise nursing intervention.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The childbirth self-efficacy score,childbirth coping score,and pain score of the study group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05),the natural delivery rate was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the total incidence of maternal and fetal complications was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Predictive exercise nursing intervention can optimize the delivery outcomes of patients with gestational hypertension,reduce maternal and infant complications during pregnancy,and improve pregnancy experience,which has practical value.
