摘要
目的:探究因双胎输血综合征行胎儿镜激光电凝术女性的妊娠体验,为有复杂妊娠经历的女性建立心理支持系统提供参考。方法:运用半结构式访谈法,对因双胎输血综合征行胎儿镜激光电凝术的15名女性进行研究,采用Colaizzi法进行资料分析。结果:共提炼出关于双胎输血综合征女性妊娠体验的3个主题,包括孕期情绪反应、不良情绪的影响因素及不良情绪的调节方式。结论:双胎输血综合征会引起女性在妊娠期间出现巨大的情绪波动,并且也对她们的心理健康造成长期的不良影响。医务人员应关注她们的心理健康并根据她们的情绪反应特点建立心理支持和信息支持系统,减轻其孕期不良情绪反应,改善其妊娠体验。
Objective:To explore the pregnancy experience of women who undergoing fetoscopic laser photocoagulation due to the Twin-to-Twin Transfusion Syndrome(TTTS),and to provide references for developing a psychological support system of women with complicated pregnancy.Methods:The semi-structured interview was conducted with 15 women who underwent fetoscopic laser photocoagulation due to TTTS,and the data was analyzed by using the Colaizzi method.Results:Three themes of pregnancy experience were extracted:emotional reaction during pregnancy,influencing factors of emotional reaction and adjustment methods of negative emotions.Conclusion:TTTS could cause women significant mood swings during pregnancy,and could cause long-term adverse effects on women's mental health.Medical staff should pay more attention to their mental health and establish psychological support and information support systems based on their emotional response characteristics to reduce their adverse emotion during pregnancy and improve their pregnancy experience.
