摘要
目的探讨拉贝洛尔联合硫酸镁治疗妊娠高血压综合征的临床效果及对母婴结局的影响。方法选取2021年5月至2022年10月曲阜市人民医院产科收治的80例妊娠高血压综合征患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组各40例。对照组采用硫酸镁治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用拉贝洛尔治疗。比较两组治疗效果、不良母婴结局总发生率及血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良母婴结局总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组VEGF水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论拉贝洛尔联合硫酸镁治疗妊娠高血压综合征可有效控制血压水平,改善临床症状,提高VEGF水平,减少不良母婴结局发生风险,兼顾有效性及安全性,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Labetalol combined with Magnesium Sulfate in the treatment of pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome and its influence on maternal and infant outcomes.Methods A total of 80 patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome admitted to the Department of Obstetrics of Qufu People’s Hospital from May 2021 to October 2022 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Magnesium Sulfate and the observation group was treated with Labetalol on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,total incidence of adverse maternal and infant outcomes and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)level were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse maternal and infant outcomes in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,VEGF level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Labetalol combined with Magnesium Sulfate in the treatment of pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome can effectively control blood pressure,improve clinical symptoms,increase VEGF level,reduce the risk of adverse maternal and infant outcomes with effectiveness and safety,worthy of clinical promotion and application.
