摘要
目的:观察脑波治疗对脑器质性精神病患者认知功能的影响。方法:选取2021年6月—2022年6月收治的脑器质性精神病患者80例,根据门诊单双号分为对照组(单号)和观察组(双号),每组40例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组联用脑波治疗。比较治疗前、治疗8周后,两组治疗效果[临床疗效总评量表(CGI)]、认知功能[简易精神状态检查表(MMSE)]、精神障碍程度[阳性及阴性综合征量表(PANSS)]、日常生活能力[日常生活能力评估表(ADL)]。结果:治疗8周后,两组CGI量表中病情程度(SI)、疗效总评(GI)、疗效指数(EI)评分显著降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组PANSS量表中阳性、阴性、一般精神病理症状评分显著降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组MMSE,ADL评分显著升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:脑波治疗脑器质性精神病能够提高治疗效果,减轻患者精神症状,提高认知功能及生活能力。
Objective:To observe the effect of brainwave therapy on cognitive function of patients with organic psychosis.Methods:From June 2021 to June 2022,80 patients with brain organic psychosis were divided into control group(single number)and research group(double number)according to the outpatient number,40 patients in each group.The control group was given routine treatment.Based on this,the research group was combined with brainwave therapy.Before treatment and at the end of 8 weeks of treatment,the therapeutic effect(CGI),cognitive function(MMSE),degree of mental disorder(PANSS)and ability of daily living(ADL)of the two groups were compared.Results:After 8 weeks of treatment,the scores of Severity of disease(SI),global assessment of curative effect(GI)and curative effect index(EI)in the CGI scale of the two groups decreased significantly,and the scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,the scores of positive,negative and general psychopathological symptoms in PANSS scale of the two groups decreased significantly,and the scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,the scores of MMSE and ADL in the two groups were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Brain wave therapy can improve the therapeutic effect,alleviate the mental symptoms,and improve the cognitive function and living ability of patients with brain organic psychosis.
