摘要
目的探讨快速康复外科理念改善腹腔镜结肠癌手术患者的肠胃功能、睡眠质量及认知功能的效果。方法选取2021年6月至2023年6月青岛市胶州中心医院行腹腔镜结肠癌术的70例患者作为对象进行回顾性分析,根据手术方案分成对照组和研究组,各35例,对照组采用常规手术流程,研究组采用快速康复外科理念。比较两组术后肠胃功能恢复情况、睡眠质量及认知功能、生活质量。结果研究组肠鸣音恢复时间、排气时间、排便时间、住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05);研究组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表评分低于对照组、简易精神状态检查量表评分高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组躯体、角色、情绪、认知、社会功能评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论快速康复外科理念应用于腹腔镜结肠癌术患者麻醉复苏中有效、可行,有助于促进患者术后康复,值得推广运用。
Objective:To investigate the effect of rapid rehabilitation surgery on gastrointestinal function,sleep quality and cognitive function in patients undergoing laparoscopic colon cancer surgery.Methods:A retrospective analysis was performed on 70 patients who underwent laparoscopic colon cancer surgery in Jiaozhou Central Hospital of Qingdao from June 2021 to June 2023.They were divided into control group and study group according to the surgical plan,with 35 cases in each group.The control group adopted conventional surgical procedures,and the study group adopted the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery.The recovery of gastrointestinal function,sleep quality,cognitive function and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:The recovery time of bowel sound,exhaust time,defecation time and hospitalization time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The Pittsburgh sleep quality index score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the score of the simple mental state examination scale was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of body,role,emotion,cognition and social function in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery in the anesthesia resuscitation of patients undergoing laparoscopic colon cancer surgery is effective and feasible,and is helpful to promote postoperative rehabilitation of patients.
