摘要
目的探究潜水高气压暴露对大鼠精子质量的影响。方法将10只雄性SD大鼠按照随机数字表法分为对照组与潜水高气压组,每组5只。对照组未进行任何处理;潜水高气压组大鼠暴露于60 m空气环境下,每次1 h,连续暴露30 d,于最后一次暴露后立即处死大鼠。称重法计算大鼠睾丸、附睾的脏器系数;HE染色行大鼠睾丸的组织形态学观察;显微镜观察大鼠精子的密度和活力。结果与对照组相比,潜水高气压组大鼠睾丸和附睾的脏器系数、睾丸形态、精子密度无明显改变(P>0.05),但精子活力明显降低(P<0.01)。结论潜水高气压暴露可降低大鼠的精子活力。
Objective To observe the effects of diving hyperbaric exposure on sperm quality in rats.Methods A total of 10 male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into control group and hyperbaric diving group.The control group received no treatment.The rats in diving hyperbaric group were exposed to 60 m air environment for 1 h each time for 30 consecutive days,and the rats were killed immediately after the last exposure.The organ coefficients of testes and epididymides were calculated by weighing.The morphologies of testes were observed by HE staining.The density and motility of sperms were observed under microscope.Results Compared with the control group,the organ coefficients of testes and epididymides,testicular morphology,and sperm density in the hyperbaric diving group had no significant changes(P>0.05),while the sperm motility in the hyperbaric diving group decreased significantly(P<0.01).Conclusion Hyperbaric exposure can reduce the sperm motility of rats.
