同伴教育在理工科大学生艾滋病/性病/安全性行为健康教育中的应用研究 被引量:27

摘要 为探讨同伴教育在理工科大学生艾滋病/ 性病/ 安全性行为健康教育中的运用效果及适宜性, 设内、外对照的同伴教育干预研究于1999 年5 - 6 月在北京某理工科大学进行。结果表明: 边缘性行为、性交在男、女生中的发生率分别为29-9% 、2-8% 和38-1% 、3-3 % 。同伴教育后, 干预组艾滋病/ 性病/ 生殖避孕知识总分和安全性行为意向得分分别由教育前的40-5 和3-4 增加到53-7 和4-2 ( P=0-000) ; 自尊及对婚前性行为的态度无变化(P> 0-05)。结果还表明本研究中设计的同伴教育内容符合大学一年级学生的主观需要, In order to study the effect and feasibility of peer education on AIDS/ STD/ safer sex among students in college of technology,an intervention program of peer education based on quasi experimental design was conducted in May and June 1999 The results show that 29 9% and 2 8% of the male students had marginal sexual behavior and sexual intercourse respectively ,the corresponding rates among the female students were 38 1% and 3 3 % respectively.After the ending of the peer education program,the knowledge score about AIDS/ STD/ safer sex increased to 53 7 from 40 5 before peer education,the score of safer sex intention increased to 4 2 from 3 4 (P=0 000) The program didn't affect the respondents'self esteem and attitude towards premarital sex ( P >0 05)P=0 000) The program didn't affect the respondents'self esteem and attitude towards premarital sex ( P >0 05)=0 000) The program didn't affect the respondents'self esteem and attitude towards premarital sex ( P >0 05)t affect the respondents'self esteem and attitude towards premarital sex ( P >0 05) It was also shown that the educational contents of the program met the needs of the students,and they also accepted the educational style The results indicate that peer education is a feasible method of health education on AIDS/ STD/ safe sex among technological college students
