摘要
目的研究探讨多元化健康教育联合中药穴位贴敷对癌症合并肾功能衰竭患者的应用效果。方法选取2020年2月—2022年2月医院收治的108例癌症合并肾功能衰竭患者分为观察组、对照组,各54例。对照组以中药穴位贴敷结合常规护理干预,观察组增加多元化健康教育干预。评估两组肾功能指标、自我管理能力、生活质量、护理满意度。结果观察组血清肌酐(Scr)、血尿素氮(BUN)、血清尿蛋白排泄率(UAE)水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后观察组自我管理能力评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后观察组生活质量评分、护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论多元化健康教育联合中药穴位贴敷对癌症合并肾功能衰竭患者的应用效果显著,能够改善患者的自我管理能力,提高患者的生活质量和护理满意度。
Objective To study the effect of diversified health education combined with Acupoint Application of traditional Chinese medicine on cancer patients with renal failure.Methods From February 2020 to February 2022,108 cancer patients with renal failure who were admitted to our hospital were selected and divided into an observation group and a control group,with 54 cases in each.The control group was given traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application combined with routine nursing intervention,while the observation group was given diversified health education intervention.The renal function indicators,self-management ability,quality of life,and nursing satisfaction were evaluated in the two groups.Results The levels of serum creatinine(Scr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN)and serum urinary protein excretion(UAE)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the self-management ability scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the quality of life score and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion diversified health education combined with Acupoint Application of traditional Chinese medicine has a significant effect on cancer patients with renal failure.It can improve the self-management ability of patients,improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients.
