摘要
目的观察健脾益肾祛瘀泄浊方对慢性肾功能衰竭患者肾功能、超敏C反应蛋白及左心功能的影响。方法选取100例符合入组条件,相关基线资料可比,中医证型符合脾肾阳虚、湿浊血瘀证的慢性肾功能衰竭患者,按就诊顺序编码并通过SPSS11.5软件排序,分为治疗组与对照组各50例,两组均进行西医常规治疗,对照组采用尿毒清治疗(4次/d,6、12、18时各服1袋,22时服2袋)。治疗组加健脾益肾祛瘀泄浊方口服,1剂/d,4周为1疗程,连续治疗2个疗程。观察两组中医证候积分并评价临床疗效,检测血清hs-CRP水平并结合心脏彩超检查进行综合评价。结果治疗组总有效率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组治疗后血清肌酐、血尿素氮、血hs-CRP和心脏彩超检查结果改善程度均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健脾益肾祛瘀泄浊方能有效改善CRF患者的肾功能,调控微炎症状态,增强左心功能,提高生活质量及生存预期,疗效确切,无明显药物不良反应,具备一定程度的临床推广价值。
Objective To observe the effect of Jianpi Yishen Quyu Xizhuo decoction on renal function,high sensitive C-reactive protein and left heart function in patients with chronic renal failure.Methods 100 cases of chronic renal failure were selected,which were in accordance with the admission conditions and the relevant baseline data were comparable,The patients were divided into treatment group and control group,50 cases in each group,The control group was treated with Niaoduqing(4 times a day,1 bag at 6:00,12:00 and 18:00 respectively,2 bags at 22:00).The treatment group was treated with Jianpi Yishen Quyu Xizhuo decoction,1 dose per day,4 weeks as a course of treatment,2 courses in a row.To observe the TCM syndrome score and evaluate the clinical effect of the two groups,to detect the level of serum hs CRP and to evaluate comprehensively with the heart color doppler examination.Results the total effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),After treatment,the improvement of serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen,blood hs CRP and heart color ultrasound in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Jianpi Yishen Quyu Xizhuo decoction can effectively improve the renal function of CRF patients and regulate the state of micro inflammation,It can enhance the left heart function,improve the quality of life and the expectation of survival.It has definite curative effect and no obvious adverse drug reactions.It has a certain degree of clinical promotion value.
