混凝-Fenton氧化法预处理豆制品废水工艺研究

摘要 以湖北某豆制品加工厂废水为研究对象,利用混凝-Fenton氧化法进行预处理工艺研究,以化学需氧量(COD)为监测指标,采用正交试验法,探究混凝反应中混凝剂的种类、混凝剂与助凝剂投加量和pH值等影响因素,采用响应曲面法,探究Fenton氧化反应中pH和H_(2)O_(2)与Fe^(2+)投加量等影响因素,得出该预处理最佳组合方案.结果表明,最优混凝条件为初始pH 6.5,投加0.4 g/L聚合氯化铝(PAC)和0.5 mg/L聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)进行处理,然后调节pH为3.846,投加双氧水0.241 mol/L,Fenton试剂投加比n(H_(2)O_(2))∶n(Fe^(2+))为5.262.其中,混凝试验和Fenton氧化试验中COD去除率分别约为35%和70%.在此条件下,混凝-Fenton氧化预处理方法对该类豆制品废水的处理效果良好,COD从21.120 g/L下降至3.950 g/L,去除率为81.29%,水质明显改善,但仍需进一步降低COD浓度. Taking the wastewater from a soybean processing plant in Hubei Province as the research object,the coagulation-Fenton oxidation method was used to study the pretreatment process.The chemical oxygen demand(COD)was used as the monitoring index,and the orthogonal test method was used to explore the influencing factors such as the type of coagulant,the dosage of coagulant and coagulant aid,and the pH in the coagulation reaction.The response surface method was used to study the influencing factors such as the pH of Fenton oxidation reaction and the dosage of H_(2)O_(2) and Fe^(2+),and the optimal combination scheme of the pretreatment was obtained.The results show that the optimal coagulation conditions are initial pH 6.5,adding 0.4 g/L PAC and 0.5 mg/L PAM,then adjusting pH to 3.846,adding 0.241 mol/L hydrogen peroxide,and the Fenton reagent dosage ratio n(H_(2)O_(2))∶n(Fe^(2+))is 5.262.Among them,the removal rates of COD in coagulation test and Fenton oxidation test are about 35% and 70%,respectively.Under these conditions,the coagulation-Fenton oxidation pretreatment method has good treatment effect on this kind of soybean processing wastewater.COD decreased from 21.120 g/L to 3.950 g/L,and the removal rate is 81.29%,water quality has improved significantly,but COD still need to be further reduced.
