摘要
开远产业园区每天产生2500m3豆制品废水,针对其COD、SS浓度较高的特点,采用"混合反应初沉-UASB反应器-AAO工艺"对废水进行处理,再用"絮凝沉淀+过滤工艺"进行深度处理。实践证明该系统对有机物浓度较高的豆制品废水去除效果良好,出水水质达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)一级A标准。对豆制品废水处理设施的设计、调试及运行经验进行总结,可为类似工程提供借鉴和参考。
Kaiyuan Industrial Park produces 2500 m~3 soybean products wastewater every day.In view of high concentration of COD and SS,the wastewater was treated by mixed reaction initial sedimentation-UASB reactor-AAO process and then advanced by flocculation sedimentationfiltration process.The results show that the system has good removal effect on soybean products wastewater with high organic concentration,and the effluent quality meets class A standard of Pollutant discharge standard for urban sewage treatment plant(GB 18918-2002).The experience of design,commissioning and operation of soybean wastewater treatment facilities is summarized,which can provide reference for related projects.
