摘要 为了对双壁钢围堰的内力和变形情况进行充分了解,确保结构在强度、刚度、稳定性上满足使用需求,本文通过使用大型通用软件Hyper Mesh和ANSYS联合仿真对钢围堰进行三维空间建模,并按最不利工况加载对其进行有限元静力分析。研究结果表明,钢围堰在封底混凝土到达强度后抽水阶段最不利工况,局部有应力集中现象,整体强度及刚度均满足要求;封底混凝土在最不工况下强度及抗浮性能均满足要求。文中的研究结果可为同类型的工程施工提供指导和参考。 In order to fully understand the internal force and deformation of double-wall steel cofferdam and ensure that the structure meets the requirements in terms of strength,stiffness and stability,this paper uses the large-scale universal software Hyper Mesh and ANSYS co-simulation to conduct three-dimensional space modeling of steel cofferdam,and carries out finite element static analysis according to the most adverse loading conditions.The results show that the steel cofferdam is in the most unfavorable condition at the pumping stage after the bottom sealing concrete reaches the strength,and there is local stress concentration,and the overall strength and stiffness meet the requirements.The strength and buoyancy resistance of the bottom sealing concrete meet the requirements under the most unfavorable working conditions.The research results in this paper can provide guidance and reference for the similar engineering construction..
