北辰特大桥双壁钢围堰施工过程结构力学特性数值分析 被引量:4

Numerical Analysis on Structural Mechanical Characteristics of Double-Wall Steel Cofferdam of Beichen Grand Bridge During Construction

摘要 结合新建京滨铁路宝坻至滨海新区北辰特大桥72#主墩基坑大型双壁钢围堰工程,采用有限元数值模拟开展围堰施工过程结构力学响应分析,探讨了各不利工况下围堰结构的应力应变特征。结果表明:在板单元和梁单元连接部位、隔仓混凝土和封底混凝土处出现了应力集中现象;围堰下沉到位时最大位移在其长边中间部位,抽水完成后最大位移在围堰短边中部;抽水后围堰各构件位移及应力均大于下沉到位时的位移和应力,但最大应力及位移均小于限值,结构强度、刚度和抗倾覆、抗滑移稳定性满足规范要求。 Combining with the large double-wall steel cofferdam project for foundation pit of 72# main pier of Beichen Bridge of the newly built Beijing-Binhai Railway from Baodi to Binhai New Area, the structural mechanical response analysis of cofferdam during construction process was carried out by finite element numerical simulation method, and the stress-strain characteristics of cofferdam under various unfavorable conditions were discussed. The results show that the stress concentration occurs in the connecting parts of the plate and beam elements, as well as the compartment concrete and the back concrete. When the subsidence is in place, the maximum displacement is in the middle of the long side of the cofferdam;after the pumping is completed, the maximum displacement is in the middle of the short side of the cofferdam. After pumping, the displacement and stress of each member of cofferdam are greater than those when subsidence is in place, but the maximum stress and displacement are less than the limit values, and the structural strength, stiffness, anti-sliding, anti-overturning stability meet the requirements.
