摘要
经筋一词最早起源于《灵枢·经筋》,是对人体经络系统的补充,主司运动关节、联络四肢百骸。梨状肌综合征(PS)隶属于中医经筋病之范畴,经筋理论可以解释PS的病因病机并指导PS的治疗。文章旨在经筋理论指导下,遵从“以知为数,以痛为输,治在燔针劫刺”的治疗原则;采用“金钩钓鱼”针法完成“解结”;达到经筋柔和、脉道通利的治疗目的,为临床治疗PS提供新思路。
The term meridian tendon originated from the book Lingshu·Jingjin and serves as a supplement to the human meridian system.It is responsible for the movement of joints and the connection of the limbs.Piriformis syndrome(PS)belongs to the category of traditional Chinese medicine’s meridian tendon diseases.The theory of meridian tendon theory can explain the etiology and pathogenesis of PS and guide its treatment.This article aims to follow the treatment principles based on meridian tendon theory,which include‘understanding the condition,using pain as a guide,and employing the technique of burning needle acupuncture’.The‘golden hook fishing’acupuncture is applied to achieve the‘resolution of adhesions’,aiming to soften meridian tendon and promote smooth meridian pathways,providing new insights for the clinical treatment of PS.
