摘要
目的:探讨呼吸内科重症患者优化睡眠护理的应用效果。方法:选取2020年11月至2021年11月福建医科大学附属第二医院收治的呼吸内科重症患者58例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组29例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用优化睡眠护理,评价2组护理效果。结果:干预后,观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组睡眠质量优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组负面情绪少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组生命质量优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:优化睡眠护理对呼吸内科重症患者睡眠质量的提升产生了重要的作用,切实改善了患者的睡眠状态,除此之外,通过这样的护理方式,患者的生命质量也得到提高。由此可见,睡眠护理不失为一种较具推广价值的护理手段,临床护理时,可以根据患者的情况以及基本需求,考虑对其进行运用。
Objective:To explore the application effect of optimized sleep nursing in severe patients in respiratory department.Methods:A total of 58 critically ill patients admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University from November 2020 to November 2021 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 29 patients in each group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received optimized sleep care.The nursing effects of both groups were evaluated.Results:After intervention,the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The sleep quality of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The negative emotions in the observation group were less than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life observed was superior to the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Sleep nursing has played an important role in improving the sleep quality of critically ill patients in the respiratory department,effectively improving their sleep status.In addition,through such nursing methods,the quality of life of patients can also be improved.It can be seen that sleep nursing is a valuable nursing method for promotion.In clinical nursing,it can be considered to be applied based on the patient′s situation and basic needs.
