摘要
目的分析临床应用循证护理干预气管切开术后临床效果及生活质量。方法选取2018年1月-2019年12月广东省梅州市丰顺县中医院行气管切开患者50例,按随机数字表法分成两组,试验组26例采用循证护理方法;对照组24例采用常规护理方法,对比和分析护理效果。结果试验组病患生活质量改善效果明显高于对照组病患;比较对照组并发症,试验组总发生率(3.85%)明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对气管切开患者实行循证护理具有较高的价值,建议推广。
Objective To analyze the clinical effects and quality of life of clinical evidence-based nursing intervention after tracheotomy.Methods 50 patients who underwent tracheotomy in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method.26 cases in the experimental group used evidence-based nursing methods;24 cases in the control group used conventional nursing methods.Compare and analyze nursing effects.Results The effect of improving the quality of life of the patients in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the patients in the control group;comparing the control group,the total incidence of complications in the experimental group(3.85%)decreased significantly,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based care for patients with tracheotomy is of high value,and it is recommended to promote it.
