摘要
目的:观察基于人文关怀的护理干预对急性心肌梗死患者疼痛及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2017年5月至2022年5月福建省泉州市惠安县东岭镇中心卫生院收治的AMI患者83例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,其中对照组40例,观察组43例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予人文关怀护理干预。采用疼痛数字评价量表(NRS)比较2组患者的疼痛感受,采用睡眠状况自评量表(SRSS)比较2组患者的睡眠质量变化,采用简明心境量表(BPOM)比较2组患者的心理状态变化。结果:干预后,2组NRS评分、SRSS评分均有所降低,且观察组显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,2组BPOM评分均有所提高,且观察组显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在AMI患者中实行基于人文关怀的护理措施可帮助患者改善其睡眠质量,减轻治疗期间的疼痛感受,纠正其负性心理状态,具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective:To observe the effects of humanistic care on pain and sleep quality in patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction(AMI).Methods:A total of 83 AMI patients admitted to the Central Health Center of Dongling Town,Hui′an County,Quanzhou City,Fujian Province from May 2017 to May 2022 were selected as research objects.According to the method of random number table,they were divided into observation group and control group,including 40 cases in the control group and 43 cases in the observation group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received humanistic care nursing intervention.The pain sensation of the two groups was compared with the Numerical Pain Rating Scale(NRS),the sleep quality of the two groups was compared with the Self-Rating Sleep Status Scale(SRSS),and the mental state of the two groups was compared with the Concise Mood Scale(BPOM).Results:After intervention,NRS score and SRSS score of 2 groups were decreased,and observation group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference between 2 groups was statistically significant(P s<0.05).After intervention,the BPOM score of the two groups was improved,and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P s<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing measures based on humanistic care in AMI patients can help patients improve their sleep quality,relieve pain during treatment,and correct their negative mental state,which has high clinical application value.
